Number 38 Booking Conditions

Prices

Prices quoted are per week: Bookings are made on a weekly basis with arrival time after 4pm and departure time of 10 am on the final day. For out of season bookings, it may be possible to change arrival and departure days.

Payment

Payment would be appreciated by cheque from a bank / building society. Please make the cheque payable to Mrs. J. Smith   103, Tanworth Lane, Shirley, Solihull, West Midlands B90 4DE. Unfortunately we can not accept credit cards. A phone call or e-mail will provisionally book the cottage for you. This provisional booking will hold for seven days during which time we would appreciate the completed booking form and deposit to guarantee your booking. The balance of the amount would be appreciated 4 weeks before the commencement of your holiday. There is an honesty box in the cottage and we would appreciate any breakages paid for.

Dogs

You are responsible for the behaviour of your dogs during your stay at Number 38. You are expected to clean up after them and keep them on a lead at all times whilst on the site. Our insurance will not cover any accidents that your dogs may have during your visit.

General

We would appreciate knowing the numbers coming, and under no circumstances must the number exceed 8.
Number 38 is a no smoking property.

Cancellation

In the event of cancellation, the balance of the rent is still payable 4 weeks before the commencement of the period. Whilst we will do our best to obtain a replacement booking and if we succeed we will refund the payment.

Non Availability of No 38

If for any reason beyond our control, for example fire damage, the property is not available on the days booked, all payments will be refunded in full, but we shall not be liable for any further costs.
